PAYMENT POLICY

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve appointments. There is no refund on completed images.

The remainder of the payment must be made on the day of the shoot via Card, Cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay.

If you are late to your shoot without communicating before the start of your shoot, you will be responsible for purchasing the additional time you need. Once the time of the shoot has started, you cannot reschedule the shoot.

The late fee after thirty minutes is 10% of the shoot cost. A Rescheduling fee of $50 is assessed to reschdules within 48 hours. We understand real situations and respect early communication. In case of inclement weather, we can reschedule without a fee. 

COMPLETION SCHEDULE:

Makeup artists/Hairstylists are welcome on set. Booked time includes preparation time (makeup, hair, wardrobe, etc)

Please arrive at your shoot on time. There is a 10-minute grace period.

Deliverables in your package selection will be returned to you within 72 hours of your shoot.

Turnaround time is 4-14 business days (Monday- Friday) after you (the client) have selected the images you wish to be retouched.

If you are purchasing additional edits, your turnaround time will start once you have made the payment for the additional edits.

Any new requests for editing after 60 days can be subject to new editing fees. Unless specified, packages do not include RAW images. 

The copyright of all images and videos produced during the visual session remains with Visualizedbymal. The Client is granted a limited license to use the images for personal, non-commercial use, including printing and sharing on social media. The Client may not sell or publish the images without prior written consent from Visualizedbymal which shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Model Release

Client grants the Photographer and its legal representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs. Such uses may include use for editorial, trade, advertising, and/or any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The Client releases all claims to profits that may arise from using images.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY:

In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural, or other emergencies it could be necessary to retain a different photographer. Visualizedbymal will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability are limited to the return of all payments received for the event package.

Visualizedbymal, L.L.C. takes the utmost care concerning exposure, transportation, and processing of the photographs including using professional-grade equipment and professional-grade backup equipment. However, in the unlikely event those photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond the control of Visualizedbymal, L.L.C., liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the package.

Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy

In the event of our illness, accident, or any other unforeseen circumstance, the Photographer will notify the Client, and offer to reschedule the session at a mutually agreeable time. If the session cannot be rescheduled the Photographer will refund the retainer fee to the Client within 4-14 days.

If the Client cancels the portrait session after the retainer fee has been paid, the retainer fee will not be refunded. You will be charged the remainder of your shoot. If the Client cancels the portrait session after the final balance has been paid, your deposit will be forfeited.

When you book with us, you're like family. You may receive emails periodically from “Visualizedbymal”. Emails will contain coupons, news, or any updates that may pertain to Visualizedbymal LLC

Safe Space Agreement:

Ensuring the appropriate behavior of all guests and other persons at the photoshoot covered by Visualizedbymal, L.L.C. shall be the responsibility of the CLIENT. If Visualizedbymal, L.L.C experiences any inappropriate, threatening, hostile, or offensive behavior from any guest then the following process shall be followed:

First offense: a verbal warning will be issued to the guest of the CLIENT; second offense: the offending person will be required to leave the photoshoot or event; third offense: Visualizedbymal L.L.C, will end coverage immediately and leave the event or photoshoot. Visualizedbymal, L.L.C shall be entitled to retain all monies paid hereunder and CLIENT agrees to relieve and hold Visualizedbymal, L.L.C harmless as a result of incomplete photography coverage.

Those under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by the parent/guardian for the entirety of the shoot.
