Can I expedite my delivery?
A 24-72 hour turnaround is available and can be added when booking.
What if I’m late on the day of my shoot?
A $50 late fee applies after 30 minutes. You can extend your time.
What if I need to cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable but rescheduling is allowed. Price varies by timing and booking policy.
Where are you based?
Our photography and content studio is located in Northwest Philadelphia. We welcome clients from everywhere and will travel to service you.
Do you offer printed photobooks?
We will make you a complimentary book spread if requested. You can request changes. Designs take 1-2 weeks and costs start at $250.
What is your basic turnaround time?
4-14 business days on finished visuals after selection of raws or finished payment on events and videos.
Will my photos have watermarks?
No, edited images have full printing rights and will not come with a watermark.
What if I don’t see a package that meets my needs?

Can I add additional hours/services after booking
We are very flexible so if you book a package with us and later decide to add a service, it wont be a problem. We have clients that add additional coverage on the day of and we will accomodate you if time permits.
